2026 Youth Mission Trip Planning In Progress

Our church is excited to announce that the PLANNING OF THE 2026 Youth Mission Trip has started.

Multiple fundraisers will help send our teens, and the entire congregation is invited to participate.

Big Game Subs, Bigger Mission – Super Bowl Sunday Fundraiser

• When: Sunday, February 8, 2026 (Super Bowl Sunday)
• Pickup: Free at 2:00 PM at Brookfield Congregational Church Fellowship Hall
• Delivery: $2 per order or $5 for 3+ orders (within the local Brookfield Common area only please)
• Cost: $8 per 12-inch sub

Customize your sub:

• Bread: White or Gluten-Free
• Cheese (pick 1): Provolone, Swiss, Cheddar, Mozzarella
• Meat (pick 1): Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef, Sliced Chicken, Soft Salami, Bologna
• Toppings: Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, Green Peppers, Mustard & Mayo packets

How to Order:

• Order deadline: Tuesday, February 3
• 2 ways to Order:  ORDER ONLINE HERE   OR Print the attached order forms and submit to church office during office hours  Mon to Fri 9AM - 12PM, Sunday 10-11AM
• 2 ways to Pay: PAY ONLINE HERE (Youth Ministry Fund) OR  submit exact cash or check to church office during office hours  Mon to Fri 9AM - 12PM, Sunday 10-11AM
• Make check payable to Brookfield Congregational Church 

Our teens will assemble each sub under supervision in our Safe Serve regulated kitchen—every order helps send them on this life-changing mission trip.
