• The Women's Bible Study will continue meeting through the fall beginning on September 19th and at Elizabeth Jay’s house at 6pm.
  The book we have decided to read and discuss is “One Thousand Gifts: A Dare to Live Fully Right Where You Are”, by Ann Voskamp.

• We are looking forward to our adult picnic at the Living Stone Foundation on September 21st with a rain date of September 28th.  We recognized there is not much for children to do at the foundation as it is more a place for prayer, meditation and contemplation.  We will plan to bring our own picnic lunches with us. We will provide napkins, plates and silverware. Living Stone Foundation is a place of refuge for people of all faiths or no faith, to visit and see the wisdom of God’s Word creatively engraved in stone. Check out: livingstonefoundation.com   The address for the foundation is: 656 Wachusett St., Leominster, MA  01453.  
• In October will be here before you know it, and we would again like to hand out candy on Halloween.  We will put a basket in the fellowship hall  for donations of Halloween candy.  It is a lot of fun to do this in front of the church, join us if you are available. 
• In November we are planning events for both adults and families.  Watch for notices in the fellowship hall for the making of Advent Wreaths, a potluck supper, or maybe a movie and popcorn. 
• We continue to need Sunday School teachers and ask that the parents of our Sunday School children please consider teaching one Sunday every 3 months.  Our website Sermon4Kids is very easy to use and provides all the resources you would need.   Please contact the Director of Faith Formation, Colleen Fipps or anyone on Christian Life.
