What a wonderful Christmas pageant we all enjoyed the first week of December. It was a creative and meaningful way to share the story of Jesus’ birth and a seamless collaboration between the kids and adults. Thanks go to the kids for their great performances, Reagan Paras and the Angel Choir and to our Director of Faith Formation, Colleen Fipps, for her organization and hard work. The pageant was perfectly followed by the “Experience Bethlehem” event – we truly had a full day. If you were unable to be there, you can still catch the performance on the Brookfield Congregational Church Facebook page.

We hope everyone had a nice Christmas and stayed warm through the windy and snowy days. With snow still in the forecast, we have a “Snowman” painting event planned for February 22nd, 2:00 PM to 4 PM. The cost for the workshop will be $10.00. Look for the sign-up sheet on the Christian Life bulletin board in the fellowship hall.

In February we will be hosting a pancake supper on Shrove Tuesday. More details will be forthcoming.
